Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests for the CEO.

Meeting & Event Coordination:

  • Organize and schedule meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes taking.
  • Arrange conferences, board meetings, and corporate events.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution.

Communication & Liaison:

  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain strong relationships with executives, clients, and partners.

Project Management & Research:

  • Conduct research and provide insights to assist in decision-making.
  • Manage special projects and track progress.
  • Analyze reports and summarize key takeaways for the CEO.

Office & Operations Management:

  • Coordinate office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervise administrative tasks and support teams when needed.
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate or C-level executive support role.
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of business operations and industry trends.
