We are seeking for our own job portal, an IT Leader to craft and execute a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with our business goals and manage the operations of the IT Department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in technology, a passion for driving efficiency and innovation, and a knack for team leadership and development. The position ideally requires a person with a proven track record of successful IT management in the manufacturing and retail sectors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

§ Lead IT Vision:

  • Develop a strategic IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities and risks.

  • § Manage IT Infrastructure:
  • § Data Governance & Security:
  • § User Success & Training:
  • § Digital Media & Analytics:
  • Automate workflows and integrate systems to streamline operations.
  • Evaluate and implement SAP B1 Add-Ons to enhance user experience and functionalities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of VMware, Exchange, Data Domain, and user hardware nationwide.
  • Implement robust security and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Cultivate a culture of data security awareness within the company.
  • Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard company data.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for SAP B1, HubSpot, and other platforms to maximize ROI and user adoption.
  • Provide continuous support to users for effective technology utilization.
  • Manage Document Management Systems for efficient document handling.
  • Customize Power BI dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and recommend investments in technology to improve business operations and complete them within the given timeline and budget.

Vendor Management

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
  •  Motivate & Empower Team:
  • Mentor and lead the IT team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Encourage continuous learning and development.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS

§ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • § Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience of manufacturing and or retail industry (at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.)
  • § Proven success in leading IT strategies that deliver business results.
  • § Expertise in SAP B1, HubSpot, WMS, HCM, Artificial Intelligence and data analytics.
  • § Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • § Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and empowerment.
  • § Proficient in project management practices.
  • § A passion for staying current with technology trends and innovations.
