Key Responsibilities:

– Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing legal advice and support

– Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various cases and issues

– Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence

– Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings

– Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

– Collaborate with other legal professionals and team members to develop effective strategies for clients

– Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients

– Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

– Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field

– Admission to the Bar is preferred

– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Advocate

– Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to the company’s industry

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
