Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide ongoing training and mentoring to improve team skills and productivity.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service departments to streamline processes.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred:
