My Core Job Description in Enviro was Close Liaison with all product suppliers. Prepare and arrange monthly Order, Production, Sale and inventory planning with all Product Heads. Prepare monthly shipment plan and make ensure that production will be done as per plan. Product data analysis and development (Washing Machine and LED TV). Product costing and source authorized suppliers for cost reductions and savings. To procure and ensure timely availability of general purchase items. Follow-up with Transporters for movement of shipments from Karachi to Lahore. Control over aging stock

Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete stock. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and quality deliveries. Managed relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable rates and service levels. Prepare comprehensive shipment planning to align production plan to achieve overall business objectives. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, production and sales to forecast demand, align inventory levels with production schedules, and ensure product availability to meet customer requirements. Prepare department yearly budget and Monitoring the approved budget continuously and preparing monthly variance analysis. Provided leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, and continuous learning. Assisted in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely order processing, packing, and shipping. Prepare shipment plan and arrange bookings for timely shipments. Update and track daily shipment status and inform to concern department in case of any abnormality. Prepare and submit IOR data to EDB for Fiscal Year CKD KIT Quota approval. Making Catalog for Requirement of EDB Approval of Manufacturing Certificate and Importable Parts List Approval. Prepare and Monitor part by part data (Localized & Non Localized) of each variant as per EDB requirement. Monitoring and updating Input and Output of material for annual reconciliation of EDB approved quota. Co-ordination and implementation of IMS/ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001 as per standard. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
