Professionally, I’ve worked across different sectors, including insurance, manufacturing, and international markets (UK, UAE, and Australia), which has helped me develop a flexible, people-centered approach. I'm comfortable working remotely, using HRIS platforms like FlowHCM and Bitrix to manage processes efficiently. I bring a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and a human touch always aiming to create a positive employee experience and contribute to organizational success.
