Hello, my name is Mohammad Wisam Nasrie. I’m from Syria and currently living in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I have over 22 years of experience in business management, property management, and operations. I enjoy working on projects that help companies grow and become more organized.
I hold a mini-master’s degree in Business Administration from Switzerland and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Damascus, Syria. I also completed diplomas in many fields like International Business and Trade, Project Management, and Operations Management. Additionally, I have certifications in risk management (ISO 31000) and business continuity (CBCP) with certificate in Facilities management .
Current Role in Mr.Abdullah Almaddah Investments company, its a private company (almaddah family) as a Business Associate Manager, I handle business and investments projects. I helped start an online auction company focused on horse auctions, aiming to reach 2% of the market. I also raised the value of our real estate assets to 50 million SAR. Additionally, I’m currently working on a new project to develop a 4- to 5-star hotel in Jeddah. I have completed two stages so far: the feasibility study, the financial planning, and selecting the hotel operator, also I manage a veterinary company that makes products for pets (wounds sprays and hydrogel for wounds) in the U.S., and we aim to capture 5% of that market. I have two new product ideas for the horse care market. One focuses on stomach health, and the other is for liver cleansing. These are still in the early idea stage, but I believe they could meet important needs in the industry.”

Before this, I was the CEO’s Executive Assistant and Operations Lead at Classera, a smart learning company. I helped the company secure $40 million in funding from the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF). I also helped expand the team from 25 people to over 240 and open 34 branches globally, i help the company for the HR solution, sources, places and the government compliance.
At Alrajhi Holding Group, I was a Senior Properties and Facilities Officer. I managed property assets and helped increase revenue by 22%, with total earnings of 120 million SAR. I also improved property occupancy rates to 98% by reducing delays.”
At MASIC, I worked in property and document management. I helped create a hotel group valued at 400 million SAR and managed properties with record sales and profits. In 2015, my team and i we achieved the highest profits in the company’s 50-year history: 1.2 billion SAR in sales and 500 million SAR in profit.
Earlier in my career, I worked at Dar Graphite Media Group as an Executive Secretary and Personal Assistant. I helped the company grow from a small business into a full media group. I also assisted with events like the International Furniture Exhibition and Media Education Conference, which brought in high profits.
In the future, I want to keep building businesses, improving operations, and making more positive changes in any company I work with. I believe my experience and skills can help me take on bigger responsibilities.”
