I’m Rahul Gupta, born and brought up in Jaipur, India, and I come from a close-knit nuclear family consisting of my father, Mr. Dinesh Gupta, my mother, Mrs. Babli Gupta, and my younger brother. My family has always been a strong source of motivation and support in both my personal and professional journey.

I am a hardworking, self-motivated, and passionate IT professional with over 5 years of experience in Linux system administration, cloud computing, DevOps automation, and telecom infrastructure support.

Currently, I’m working as an Advanced Support Engineer at RADCOM Trading India Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, where I manage support for telecom tools like SAM, PAM, and NAM, handle production-level issues, and perform critical upgrades in lab environments. My dedication and consistent performance earned me the “Rising Star Award” — a proud recognition of my commitment, adaptability, and technical problem-solving abilities.

My prior experience at Cloud Cover Consultancy, Pune, included handling AWS and Azure cloud platforms, managing client servers, resolving high-impact tickets, and conducting POCs tailored to client needs. Alongside, I have also done freelance work involving full server setups, email configurations (SendGrid, AWS SES, Sendinblue), website migrations, and server optimization for clients across different platforms.

Academically, I completed my B.Tech in Computer Science from Arya College of Engineering & I.T., Jaipur. One of my key academic projects, “Intelligent Automation System”, was a voice-activated and authentication-secured solution that automated the setup of Hadoop clusters and cloud services using Ansible — reflecting my drive to blend innovation with automation.
