With a strong foundation in Human Resources, particularly in operations and recruitment, I bring a people centric and process driven approach to talent management. My journey in HR began even before completing my formal education, during a formative experience working with a nonprofit organization. It was there that I discovered a deep interest in organizational development and the critical role of human capital in driving meaningful impact.
Motivated by that early exposure, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Business, equipping myself with the academic grounding to complement my practical experience. Since then, I have worked in fast paced environments, refining my skills in end to end recruitment, HR operations, and stakeholder engagement. I thrive in roles that demand both structure and empathy, and I am passionate about building systems that support employee growth and organizational success.
