I am working at Uptok as a Full Stack Engineer, where I have led the revamp of the entire UX using React and Material-UI, ensuring a more intuitive and engaging user experience. On the frontend, I have developed new features and modular components to enhance scalability and maintainability. I have played a key role in enhancing our AI agent, making it more actionable by optimizing prompt engineering and implementing intelligent workflows. I integrated OpenAI and IBM Watson to improve natural language understanding and response accuracy.
