(Huawei Routers, Switches, NGFW Firewalls, Huawei USG 6630, Huawei USG 5520s and NAT. • Establish and maintain Service Levels; perform basic troubleshooting; monitor network implementations; and manage network device alarms • Detailed knowledge and experience with Open Short Path First (OSPF) and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), MPLS and IPSEC • Functions as the expert in networking experience as well as LAN/WAN optimization experience. • Resolve hardware, operational, infrastructure and application incidents within our data center switch and routing infrastructure Administration for management & monitoring applications for health monitor and archive configuration (PRTG, eSight and SNMP).

• Documenting regulations and standards for Server Room. • Preparing and maintaining Health Check and IN/OUT logs for Server Room. • To make sure internet availability 24/7 at Saudi Pak Tower and Site Offices. • To check IT related equipment i.e. Printers, Whiteboards and TelePresence periodically. • To maintain the network infrastructure comprising of DMZ and Intranet Huawei Firewalls and Layer 3 Switches. • Managing 8 VMware ESXi machines working in cluster hosting Citrix NetScaler, Store Front, XenApp, Session Recorder, Citrix License Server and MSSql Server. • Managing AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS and Anti-Virus Server. • Approving and installing Client OS patch through WSUS Server. • Creating Citrix Accounts in AD and providing access to users to required VM’s. • Creating VM’s for various projects and assigning VM’s to respective VLAN’s. • Creating VLANs on ESXi virtual Switch and Huawei 5700 and 6700 Series Switches for each project to keep secure transmission of data of each project from virtual switch to Huawei’s physical switches. • Defining Security Policies/ ACLs for Citrix Communication Matrix for incoming clients remote access requests on DMZ and Intranet FW. • Defining Security/ ACLs and NAT policies for WSUS and Anti-Virus servers to fetch updates from the Internet. • Defining Security Policies/ ACLs between DMZ and Intranet FW for users VMs to access patch updates from WSUS and Anti-Virus Servers. • Inter-VLAN routing by creating Sub-Interfaces for user VM’s on Huawei Spacescope NG USG6630 FW. • Configuring VRRP instances on Huawei USG6630 Firewalls and S6700 Series L3 Switches for each project. • Configuring failover links between Huawei USG6630 FW for redundancy and high availability. • Configuring SSL VPN for remote clients. • Sharing IPSec VPN Templates with customers before establishing VPN in order to agree upon same security associations (sa) and Pre-Shared Key. • Configuring IPsec VPN IKE v1 (Site-to-Site) for Middle East clients.
