- Job Summary:The Account Development Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities to generate a robust pipeline for the sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, client engagement, and supporting the account management process to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support the development of account strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product/service overviews to prospects.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in [Industry, e.g., SaaS, healthcare, fintech] is a plus.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and marketing automation platforms
