Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, Daraz, Shopify, etc.)
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to implement promotional strategies.
- Handle order processing, customer feedback, returns, and escalations.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Assist in developing e-commerce strategies to boost sales and market share.
- Maintain awareness of e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
- Negotiate and coordinate with platform category managers and merchandising teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an e-commerce or sales/account management role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces and tools (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
