We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Fundraising Manager to lead our growth and revenue-generating efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Lead negotiations and close strategic deals.
Fundraising:
- Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy (grants, investors, donors, CSR, etc.).
- Cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and investors.
- Write grant proposals and funding applications.
- Organize fundraising campaigns and events.
- Track funding opportunities and maintain donor databases and reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development and/or fundraising.
- Proven track record in securing funding and building partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, fundraising, or sales tools is a plus.
