Business Development & Fundraising Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Lead negotiations and close strategic deals.

Fundraising:

• Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy (grants, investors, donors, CSR, etc.).
• Cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and investors.
• Write grant proposals and funding applications.
• Organize fundraising campaigns and events.
• Track funding opportunities and maintain donor databases and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in business development and/or fundraising.
• Proven track record in securing funding and building partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM, fundraising, or sales tools is a plus.
