Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager International to drive expansion into new international markets. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and executing go-to-market strategies in key global regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies, including partner/channel identification and B2B lead generation.
- Build strong relationships with international partners, clients, distributors, and government bodies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, finance, operations) to ensure successful deal execution and onboarding.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
- Attend international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or strategy.
- Proven track record of generating new business and expanding into international markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of international trade laws, cultural nuances, and business practices.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Fluency in English required; additional language(s) a plus.
Preferred Skills:

- Existing network of international contacts and distributors.
