Job Title: Deputy Manager Retail
Location: Islamabad
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
Preferred Industry Experience: FMCG &Distribution Companies
Salary Range: 125k to 150k
Role Overview:
The Deputy Manager Retail will be responsible for overseeing retail operations, field marketing activities, and market development. This role demands a proactive and dynamic individual with extensive experience in fieldwork and a proven track record in retail management and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage retail operations and field marketing activities within the assigned region.
Develop and implement effective market development strategies to increase brand presence and market share.
Collaborate with distribution companies to ensure smooth and efficient product distribution.
Conduct market analysis and gather insights to inform strategic decisions and improve retail performance.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Lead and motivate field staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Prepare and present regular reports on retail performance and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in retail management, field marketing, or market development within the FMCG sector.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with renowned FMCG companies.
Professional certifications in marketing or retail management.
