Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and advise on curriculum design, academic programs, and institutional policies to ensure alignment with accreditation standards and industry best practices.
• Conduct academic program reviews and recommend improvements to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops and training for faculty and academic staff.
• Assist in the implementation of innovative teaching and learning technologies.
• Analyze institutional data and student performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Support accreditation preparation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Advise on strategies to improve student retention, engagement, and graduation rates.
• Collaborate with academic leaders to develop strategic plans for program expansion and quality enhancement.
• Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay current with trends and emerging issues in higher education, including online learning, curriculum innovation, and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Proven experience working in higher education as a consultant, administrator, academic advisor, or faculty member.
• In-depth understanding of accreditation standards, academic governance, and curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of educational technologies and online learning environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and governing boards.
• Willingness to travel to client institutions as needed.
