Job Description

Position Summary: We are looking on the behalf of our client for the position of “HR Generalist” who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compliance with employment laws and regulations, employee relations and initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture. He will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s human resources strategy to support their dynamic growth and international expansion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations activities, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Manage performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, providing feedback to employees, and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Oversee HRIS implementation and management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR data management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a positive work culture and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities and develop strategies to address them effectively.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR
  • In depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organisational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or CHRP) is a plus.
