Job Description
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for all facilities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
- Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team to achieve performance objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, mechanical systems, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
