Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
· Conduct in-depth global market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Analyze legal market dynamics on a national and international level to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients globally, understanding their legal needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new international clients, tailoring strategies to diverse legal landscapes.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the company’s global goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to define business development goals and targets on both national and international scales.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients globally.
- Work closely with legal teams to scrutinize and customize proposals based on diverse international legal requirements, ensuring compliance.
- Attending national and international industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company globally and establish connections with key stakeholders.
- Identify national and international partnership opportunities and collaboration prospects within the legal community.
- Stay updated on legal industry trends, regulations, and best practices on a national and international level.
- Ensure that all business development activities comply with legal standards and ethical guidelines globally.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales metrics, and market trends on both national and international scales.
· Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably a Bachelors or Masters degree in law (LLB) from foreign university.
Professional Experience:
Candidate having 03 to 05 of relevant experience, preferably from legal background with legal experience.
Behavioral Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and legal processes.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues, research and interpret laws and regulations, and provide sound legal advice and recommendations.
- Uphold high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal matters and client information
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
