We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our food chain outlets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across multiple branches/outlets.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are strictly followed.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, and cost controls to achieve profitability targets.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of branches.
  • Resolve customer complaints and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and increase footfall.
  • Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and present reports on outlet performance, challenges, and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in food service operations, preferably in a multi-unit management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations (e.g., HACCP).
  • Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to travel to various outlets as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong financial and analytical acumen.
  • Experience in managing quick-service restaurants (QSR) or franchise models.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for food service excellence.
