Key Responsibilities

• Sales Training and Development:
  • Participate in structured training programs to understand sales processes, product knowledge, and market dynamics.
  • Assist in developing and executing international sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
• Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Business Development:
  • Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in international markets.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for international clients.
• Sales Operations:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
• Training and Mentorship:
  • Work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn best practices and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Participate in mentoring sessions and receive guidance from senior team members.
• Travel and Representation:
  • Travel to international markets for sales meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.
  • Represent the company at international events and exhibitions to promote products and services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and international business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
