- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of Telesales professionals specialising in real estate.
- Set and monitor sales targets for both individual team members and the overall department.
- Provide continuous coaching, sales training, and performance improvement strategies.
- Ensure the team effectively communicates the value proposition of fractional real estate investments.
Sales Strategy & Investor Engagement:
Develop and implement telesales strategies tailored to retail and qualified investors.
- Optimise sales scripts and pitches to maximise investor conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with investor acquisition campaigns.
- Identify high-potential leads and ensure follow-ups to nurture investor relationships.
Performance Tracking & CRM Management:
