Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes, mock-ups, and user interfaces for various digital products.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Create and refine graphics, icons, and other UI elements to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing product.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and enhance the overall aesthetic of the product.
• Plan and conduct usability tests to identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Translate test findings into actionable design improvements.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Advocate for the users perspective and ensure user-centric design principles are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Utilize advanced video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to enhance footage with effects, transitions, and sound.
• Ensure the final video quality is high and meets the brand’s standards and guidelines.
• Create 2D/3D animations and motion graphics for videos, advertisements, explainer videos, and other digital content.
• Use animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya) to produce animations that are visually appealing and align with project objectives.
• Develop storyboards to outline animation concepts and sequences.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (knowledge of front-end development is a plus).
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about design challenges.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya).
