The VP of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing sales operations, and leading the sales team to achieve the business objectives. Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and present a comprehensive business plan, including quarterly achievement targets.
- Achieve the business plan/pre-agreed sales targets, ensuring captive business covers at least three times the desired CTC.
- Diversify business across multiple products with a focus on specific trade lines/products.
- Identify and outline the tools and support services required from HTL PK and the HTL group to generate international sales leads.
- Possess good knowledge of imports inbound traffic relevant to the respective market.
- Develop and implement strategies for business development in the assigned region/state.
- Engage in continuous market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate a self-initiated, go-getter attitude with the maturity to handle regional sales roles and senior business development roles.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, leveraging prior experience in leading teams within reputed forwarding companies.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment to drive team performance and growth.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, agents, and senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Exhibit good exposure to both ocean and air products (imports and exports).
- Leverage knowledge and experience in handling customers with 3PL/4PL business.
- Manage and oversee projects involving special equipment or break bulk cargo
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field from HEC recognized local/ foreign university.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience including 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

- Understanding of regulations and compliance specific to the industry/ company.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Results-oriented professional, with the ability to drive projects independently from the inception to execution stages.
